Investing in yourself is hard, especially when you live paycheck to paycheck. You would be shocked at how much it limits personal growth.

Here is a list I created for you that won’t cost anything to start & should help.

• Do a daily sunlight challenge!

• walk for 30 minutes daily

• get a pen and paper and write down 30 things you want. *EVERY DAY* (make them big. Your dreams are supposed to scare you.)

• Read a book that teaches financial literacy or personal development. (If you need choices I have many to recommend)

• Say no to everything that isn’t in line with your values!

DO these few things for the next 30 days consciouslythen come back and tell me how it helped cause I know it will!
