10 things nobody warns you about before you start an online business:

1. Content for months = zero reaction
You'll post into the void for longer than you think. Most people quit here.

2. Motivation fades. Discipline doesn't.
You won't feel inspired every day. Post anyway. Ship anyway. Show up anyway.

3. Strangers won't buy first
Your network will. The people who already trust you. Start there, not with Facebook ads.

4. Haters become fans when you win
The people who said "that won't work" will DM you asking how you did it. Watch.

5. Knowing ≠ Doing
You can consume all the content in the world. If you don't execute, you're just educated and broke.

6. Someone will hate your price
Doesn't matter if you charge shs 10/- or shs 100,000/- . Price for value, not for approval.
7. Slow, slow, slow... BOOM
Months of nothing. Then everything clicks at once. Don't quit before the boom.

8. Your circle determines your income
Hang with dreamers, you'll dream. Hang with builders, you'll build. Choose wisely.

9. Trust > Everything
People buy from those they trust, not who they have just discovered. Build relationships first.

10. No selling = No business
If this makes you uncomfortable, fix it. Marketing isn't optional. It's survival.
