A very happy release day to Hospital Job and their release of the new LP “1000 Places to Die Before You See” out everywhere now! We have a very small quantity of vinyl on Orange and Random Mystery Colors but pretty soon your only option to pick this up on vinyl will be through the band or at a record store. So if you want the color vinyl, get on it!

After 25 years, the wait is over! Today is the official release day for the reissue of “The Black Power Of Romance”, the final album from Pinhead Circus. It is available for the first time on vinyl, translucent yellow 12” LP to be specific. Both the vinyl and digital have been remastered. Links in bio if you missed the pre-order, but act fast. This first pressing is nearly gone already. You can also try and grab a copy from our co-release partner Rad Girlfriend Records. TBD on if we’ll have enough to stock Recess Ops, Green Noise and your fave Denver-area record shops with this pressing or if it will happen with a pending second pressing. For anyone that caught the Pinhead Circus reunions in Colorado this last week, you know how special this band continues to be. Judging by the first pressing being nearly gone, a lot of other folks out there know it too. Thanks much!

Today we are very proud to introduce a new band to you called For Dear Life. Their debut EP called “Holding On” is out today and here is the video for their song “Black Licorice”. They don’t have any social media pages yet and there’s no information as to who is in the band but we know they are playing their first show at FEST in October. Check out the video, pick up one the 7”s and come to the show!

As a lifelong fan of The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The Bluncing Souls and The Dropkick Murphys as well as someone who has worked with Joe G. on other projects, this article makes me extremely happy. To see Joe Gittleman reunite in the studio with Nate Albert along with Michael McDermott and Tim Brennan for a new record fills me with a lot of joy and I’m sure it will for many many others as well. wbur wrote a great article about The Fiddlemen so be sure to check it out along with the video for “La Piece De Resistance”. The story behind the video is fascinating as well. I wonder when we will get to hear the rest of the record?!? Link in bio.
