Today I turn 59. 🎂

And when I look back… I don’t just see years.
I see survival. 🙏

I see the young nurse who gave everything to her patients. 👩‍⚕️
I see the woman who went through multiple surgeries. 🏥
I see the caregiver who held her husband together when life shifted overnight. 🤍
I see the mom who kept showing up no matter how tired she was.

Life didn’t make me who I am because it was easy.

It made me who I am because it stretched me.
It humbled me.
It broke me in some seasons… and rebuilt me in others.

At 59, I don’t need to prove anything anymore.

I value peace more.
I protect my health more.
I choose my time more carefully.
And I finally understand that choosing myself isn’t selfish — it’s necessary. ✨

I’m grateful for every scar.
Every lesson.
Every closed door.
Every unexpected turn.

They all shaped this version of me.

And I actually like her. 💛

59 feels steady.
Stronger.
Wiser.
Still growing.

And still dreaming. 🌿

💻 Coaching Day Wins

Had a coaching session today with Gerard together with my SMM Gecca — small group but very effective 🙏

We worked on running Messaging Ads — choosing 2 videos to start with, and we’ll add more as soon as I finish recording new content.

We also talked about:

• Targeting the right audience (followers + new viewers)
• How to continue conversations inside Messenger
• Guiding people to my website
• Leading them into the webinar I prepared

The biggest win?

I’m now spending less… but getting better results — unlike before.

Still learning the terms 😅 but grateful for the progress.

Thankful for Gerard’s guidance, fresh ideas, and for teamwork with Gecca.

Step by step… we move forward in faith 💻✨

That moment made me smile… because that’s actually the point.

When my sister Mary Jane and her son first tasted Kangen Water, iyon agad ang napansin nila — walang plastic taste.

You know how sometimes, especially with delivered water, may naiiwang lasa ng container or plastic?
Even kids can tell the difference right away.

Nakaka-proud moment ito as a sister… 💙💧

My sister Mary Jane — all the way in Davao — officially has their Kangen machine installed at home.

Not at a showroom …..
Not at someone else’s house …..
Kundi sa sarili nilang kitchen na mismo. ✨
This is the start of their family’s healthy journey.

From now on, they’ll be drinking clean, antioxidant, hydrogen-rich water every single day — for hydration, cooking, coffee, even washing their produce.

As a retired nurse, I’ve always believed na health starts with the basics… and water is the most basic fuel of our body.

Kaya seeing my own sister invest in their wellness means so much to me. Because when one family member decides to level up their health… buong household ang nakikinabang. 💙

I’m just so happy knowing that from this day forward, my sister and her family will experience what it feels like to live more hydrated, more intentional, and more health-conscious — together.

And if you’re seeing this and quietly thinking…

That thought?

We flew with our Kangen Water… and TSA tested it ✈️💧

I get asked this all the time — “Do you really travel with your Kangen Water?”

Yes, we do.

On our recent cruise via Miami, we brought it with us through airport security. We informed TSA it was being used in relation to a medical condition. They screened it, tested it, and cleared it for us to take on the plane for personal consumption.

As a retired bedside nurse, quality hydration isn’t something I pause when traveling — it’s part of my lifestyle wherever I go.

Just sharing our personal experience for education and awareness 💛

Because health doesn’t take a vacation… and prevention is a lifestyle we live every day.

A new resto in Tustin with branches in San Francisco, San Mateo and Vegas. A very unconventional dim sum restaurant - geared for White Americans (I think). Food tasted delicious. They serve vinegar bombs that look like caviar. 😊
