For all of the handlers out there, here is a scary reminder of what to be aware of. This picture represents the amount of each necessary to overdose. He**in is not skin permeable, however, both fentanyl and carfentanil can be absorbed through the skin or inhaled via their fumes. The bigger problem as K-9 handlers is the risk to our four legged partners! They are way more susceptible to this than we are. Stay alert!
