What’s your home’s story?

Mine was built on 1932.

The oak floors throughout tell stories of carpenters, who knew how to install fine detail and multiple types of wood to create a pattern.

They didn’t take the time upstairs to do this as was typical of the period but rather installed plain oak floors.

It’s located one house away from the beach.
So somehow a Brick English Tudor style was appropriate for them. I’d love to know that story about that decision.

It might have been based off a home that could withstand winds, and remain for the test of time.

The yard is a blank slate, so we imagine how it was worked, where the garden must have been and guess on the location for the outside eating area.

What's your home's story? Most agents get this wrong
