🚨 NEW TO SCPR INVESTIGATIONS 🚨

Starting with our upcoming investigations, we’re introducing a new segment designed to help fellow paranormal investigators decide whether a location is actually worth their time and money, and not JUST fellow Investigators but ANYONE who is interested in any of these locations!

At the end of every investigation, we’ll be giving our “Worth It or Warning” Final Verdict.

Instead of simply showing evidence and ending the video, we’ll break down each location in four key categories:

👻 Paranormal Activity – Did the location produce meaningful experiences, evidence, or responses?

⚠️ Danger Level – How safe is the location for investigators? Are there hazards, structural concerns, difficult terrain, or other risks?

🚪 Accessibility – How easy is it to access, navigate, and investigate the location?

🤝 Professionalism – For privately owned locations, how was the overall experience with the owners, staff, booking process, and investigator support?

After reviewing these categories, we’ll give our final conclusion:

✅ Worth It – A location we’d recommend investigators experience for themselves.

⚠️ Warning – A location that may not live up to expectations, present significant concerns, or simply may not be worth the investment for most investigators.

Our goal isn’t to tear locations down or hype them up unfairly. We want to provide honest, transparent reviews based on our firsthand experiences so that investigators can make informed decisions before spending their time and money.

We believe this will make our investigations more useful, more informative, and ultimately help the paranormal community.
