In that interview (episode 72), he shared an intimate story about how the stresses of life finally pushed him to a very real and scary breaking point. This weeks episode is an exclusive interview with our good friend of the podcast from .fckn.talk ! Brenna interviewed me back in August about my experience with grief and how it shows up in my life on a daily basis.

This is BY FAR the most telling and vulnerable interview I’ve ever done related to the loss of my dad. It’s real, raw and I probably overshared 😂 but if it helps you or someone you know then it’s worth it!!

Brenna released this episode on her podcast a few months ago, but we thought it would be appropriate to release during the holiday season since grief can be amplified for many people during this time. Let me know what you think!!
