Most mornings, it’s warm lemon water and nanosomal red turmeric to kickstart the day.

I LOVE guac + chips! Like I always say, we can still enjoy the foods that bring us so much comfort without sacrificing our health.

The Aztecs called avocado “testicle fruit.”
Boosts testosterone, protects your boys, and fuels recovery.
Here’s my go-to guac:

4 ripe avocados
½ jalapeño, minced
½ serrano, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 2 limes (soak the garlic and chiles in this first)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Redmond sea salt to taste

Served with baked organic corn tortillas.

No fryers, no fluff — just real fuel for real men.

“The” avocado ice cream makes its debut on Fox & Friends Ainsley Earhardt Brian Kilmeade Lawrence Jones III
For those with a high-powered blender, this ice cream takes no time.

Straight out of my first book:

1 ripe avocado, pitted
½ cup raw cashews
½ cup young coconut meat
1 ½ cup dates, pitted
1 cup raw cacao powder
1 ¼ cup filtered water (or raw coconut water)


Method
• In a high-powered blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
• Put in the freezer until desired firmness.
• For quicker ice cream, freeze half of the water into cubes before blending.

3-4 servings.



Topping ideas: coconut flakes, goji berries, toasted almonds, cacao nibs, whipped coconut cream.
