Healthy week day two. If you are closer to Cameron Park, stop by for meal replacement shakes and healthy energy teas. I like getting both, start with a shake for breakfast, then sip the tea all day. My current favorite; banana oatmeal cookie with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Sooo good!!!!! It's like I'm indulging, but it is all good for you!
