Cleaning Tip: I have had many medical conditions since I was age 8. I am almost age 32 now. In order to keep flare-ups unknown to man down, I keep a chair nearby while cleaning! This may not help upper body pains 😫 But it does help some to keep lower body swelling at bay a tad longer. Try it out! ..........
