Shattered Glass Film is on the hunt for a Marketing Specialist to join our team!

We are an independent animation studio seeking a marketing professional that can contribute their expertise towards improving our social media presence and building a long-term marketing strategy to promote our studio and internal animated series.

This is a fully remote, part time, contract-based role.

This role is open to candidates in the US and Canada.

We are thankful for Retta Scott, who broke one of the first glass ceilings in animation. Her drawings of the snarling dogs in Bambi caught the attention of men working at Disney and resulted in her being promoted to the animation department. It's reported that one of her colleagues said:

“We wondered who at the Studio could have drawn this terrifying situation so convincingly and would have guessed that such virile drawings could have been done only by some burly man, probably with a bristling beard and the look of an eagle in his eye. We were amazed to find instead that they were done by a small, delicate, wonderfully cheerful young woman with winkling eyes and a crown of blond curls piled on top of her head. Retta was strong had boundless energy, and drew powerful animals of all kinds from almost any perspective and in any action.”
