About a year ago I started my weight loss journey and here we are 365 days later. Trying to lose baby weight in your 30’s ain’t a joke and has been a million times harder than my previous babes.
Add in depression, COVID, and some insane life curve balls I was at the heaviest I have ever been. I gained more weight after having Jack then I did when I was pregnant.
It’s been one hell of a year and while my journey to healthy is not over, I’m pretty damn proud of how far it’s come ❤️❤️

6 months >>>> now. I feel so good in my skin. Having kids is so mentally and physically exhausting. Carrying around the baby weight is uncomfortable, and literally plummeted my confidence. Every postpartum period I have endured weight loss never came easy. My body does exactly the opposite of old wives tales about breastfeeding. Nope, it never melted off, my body just clung to it for dear life 😂
My worth isn’t based on my weight. But I’m such a happier version of myself ❤️
