We had an amazing time at Thiel College sharing our journey from employees to business owners with the next generation of entrepreneurs! It was great connecting with students over dinner and a presentation on the challenges and rewards of business ownership.

Today, we come together to remember and honor Mark McConnell, the visionary founder of McConnell Marketing, who has sadly passed away. In 1991, Mark established our company with a deep commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry, laying the foundation for what we are proud to continue today.

In 2015, he passed the reins to Katie Swain and Megan Magnetta, who have since entrusted his legacy to Carson Lisko and Deanna Clement. We are privileged to carry forward the values and vision that Mark instilled in every aspect of our work.

Mark’s dedication, leadership, and passion have left a lasting impact on all of us. We strive daily to uphold the high standards he set and to honor the legacy of a man who inspired so many. Thank you, Mark, for the remarkable legacy you left behind. You will be deeply missed, but your influence lives on in all we do.
