🏳️⚧️🇺🇸Happy Transgender Day of Visibility🏳️⚧️🇺🇸🇵🇭
International Transgender Day of Visibility is an annual event occurring every March 31 since 2009 dedicated to celebrating transgender people.
I am happy to share that, finally, after almost 10 years of being undocumented, I have recently got my legal permanent resident card of the United States 🇺🇸 and the best part is they even changed my gender marker legally as Female! This gives me so much gender euphoria, finally a document that matches my physical appearance as a transgender woman.
In three years time, once I become a US citizen , I can legally change my name into my chosen name - Andii, since the day I transitioned🏳️⚧️
It brings me so much happiness seeing other trans people happy and able to live completely in their truth, enjoying their autonomy to exist how they want, and being supported in a world that is often so hostile towards our existence.
