❓”I chose clarity because women, duh!😂 I saw my friends making the kind of progress I wanted to see and I really needed instructor led classes because I had no clue what I was doing in a gym.”
❓”My favorite thing about clarity is how comfortable I feel there. Which is a huge deal when you’re sweating it out, pushing yourself to your limits and trying your hardest every single workout. It doesn’t feel judgy, it feels like a group of women pushing each other and rooting for each other even if you’ve never even met them before.”
❓”I chose CS&T over a traditional gym because I really needed an instructor to tell me what to do, how to move my body, what to work out on a day to day basis and Clarity did that and more. Another big factor for me was being able to bring my 3 year old to the gym with me. He’s made friends and loves accompanying me every morning.”
❓”Absolutely! Clarity has helped me reach my goals! It feels effortless, like just part of my life now to get up, take my oldest to school and go right to my 8am workout. So much so, when my oldest is out of school, we still get up and go to the gym at 8am. The convenience is there with the amount of classes everyday, the instruction is there, the motivation is there through other women/the instructors, the support is there and the results are there. I can’t think of anything else more you’d want in a gym setting.”
❓”My biggest accomplishment by far is how much your life changes when you add something like a daily workout to your schedule. I’m more energized, more productive, stronger and just overall a better mom and person for myself. It’s become important for me to set this type of example for my babies. I’m far from where I want to be, I know that. But, I’m so much closer than I was when I first started.”
