3 YEARS. Oh, what a journey it’s been.

When I opened Clarity in 2023, I knew very little about running a business. We were truly walking by faith—and honestly, we still are. The difference is that this year, I finally got a mentor and started learning how to build not just something I love, but something that can last.

There have been so many changes since 2023, but every one of them was needed. There have been struggles, achievements, hard lessons, growing pains, tears, celebrations, and moments when I had to remind myself why I started.

And I could not have done any of it without the support of our members and my team.

Clarity has brought so many people into my life that I probably would have never met otherwise. And I’m so thankful for that, because I don’t just show up every day for another workout.

I show up for y’all.

I notice when you’re not there. I notice when you fall out of your routine. I’ll give you a little space—but when it’s been longer than it should, you better believe I’m going to start asking those subtle questions. 😂 Because you matter here. You’re more than a name on a class roster.

This past year was probably the hardest one yet. But it also taught me one of the biggest lessons: my worth and my value.

I pray over Clarity every single day. I pray that anything that doesn’t align with me, the mission, or what Clarity is supposed to become will leave—and I truly feel like that prayer has been working.

There are SO many things I want to jump into, add, create, and bring to Clarity. But I’m learning that everything doesn’t have to happen right now.

It will happen at the right time, with the right people.

Three years later, I’m still learning. Still growing. Still walking by faith. And still incredibly grateful that I get to do this.

Thank you to every person who has walked through our doors, supported this business, trusted our team, encouraged me, or simply kept showing up.

I can’t believe another year has passed.

I’m excited to see what the future holds for Clarity because one thing I know for sure…

STRONG 4 LIFE IS GROWING!

Our Strong 4 Life classes have grown SO much over the past year that we’re officially adding a second class time!

Starting OCTOBER 1st, Strong 4 Life will be offered:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
10:00 AM + 11:00 AM

Adding another class gives everyone more room to move, allows our coaches to provide more individual attention, and keeps the environment comfortable and safe for every person in the room.

And we have to give a HUGE shoutout to Kimberly!

Kimberly has created such an incredible environment in Strong 4 Life—and honestly, in every class she coaches. She’s known as our cheerleader, encouraging you through every rep and reminding you that you’re capable of more than you think.

Watching this program grow and seeing what our Strong 4 Life crew is accomplishing has been incredible. We’re just getting started!

Hannah McKibben
Hannah has been part of the Clarity family since June 2025, and she is officially 55 pounds down!

Hannah is one of our 5 AM early risers—the crew I like to call our working class. They get up before the sun, get their workout in, and then head straight into the rest of their day.

And Hannah’s days are FULL. She is a wife, a mom, and a teacher. She wears so many hats, but one thing she continues to do is prioritize herself. Her workouts at Clarity give her the strength and energy to keep showing up for all the people who depend on her.

But these pictures show so much more than 55 pounds lost.

They show consistency. Discipline. Strength. Confidence. And a woman who kept showing up—even when getting up for that 5 AM alarm probably wasn’t easy.

Hannah, we are EXTREMELY proud of you! We see your hustle, your dedication, and the work you continue to put in. You are proof that you don’t have to have extra time—you have to make yourself a priority within the life you already have.

The winner will be determined by the greatest percentage of body fat lost during the 12-week challenge—not by total pounds lost.

The scale doesn’t tell the whole story. As you train, fuel your body properly, and improve your body composition, you may lose body fat while maintaining or gaining lean muscle. Because muscle is denser than fat, the number on the scale isn’t always the best reflection of your progress.

We’re focusing on BODY COMPOSITION—not just BODY WEIGHT.
