Somewhere between the graduation invitations, the Amazon boxes, the last-minute “what time are we supposed to be there?” texts, and trying to remember if you signed the card…

Hey, Ladies!

It's Kristie. Today, I’m working on my front porch listening to the buzzing sound of hummingbirds hover over my feeder while my brain flutters in the same way...planning.

And it made me think about all the women building businesses right now.

Some are sitting in corner offices mapping out their next big move.
Some are reorganizing dashboard post-its they brainstormed in the school drop-off line.
Some are working from boutiques, back patios, coffee shops, warehouses, kitchen tables, or parked SUVs between appointments.

Every founder’s rhythm looks different.

Every creative space looks different.

And honestly?
We love that.

Because THE CEO SOCIETY was never built around one version of success, leadership, creativity, or ambition.

We’re building a room that celebrates all the faces, places, ideas, late nights, early mornings, messy notes, porch swing dreams, and creative spaces driving women-led businesses forward.

Today, we celebrate the women who lead boardrooms and bedtime routines.
Who can negotiate contracts, calm chaos, pack lunches, host holidays, answer emails, and still show up with grace — even when the coffee’s cold and the group text is unhinged.

To the mothers. The bonus moms. The business mentors. The women nurturing ideas, families, teams, friendships, and futures…We see you.

Around here, we believe success isn’t just measured in revenue. It’s measured in resilience. In sacrifice. In the way you keep pouring into others while still fighting to become more yourself.
