I’m finally making progress on our upstairs TV / movie room. I still want to switch out the TV stand for the dresser that I picked up at the Restore a couple weeks ago, but I first need to clean it up a bit. I think I’m going to use a product called Restora-finish to perk it up and cover up the scratches.
I’m also on the look out for a round coffee table- I don’t like the rectangular shape of the trunk with the L- shaped couch. But, it will do for now… I’m happy with the results so far:)

It’s been a long week, so tonight it was grilled steak and salad for dinner. I basted with butter, garlic and rosemary. It’s so delicious! 🥂🥂

This grilled chicken marinade is currently my fav. The chicken is so juicy and flavorful. I served it with jasmine rice and a Greek salad.

Here’s my marinade recipe:

1//2 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1-2 teaspoons Oregano
Sea salt & black pepper
Red pepper flakes (optional)

I add all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk together. Place chicken breasts into a shallow pan and cover with marinade. I refrigerate at least two hours. Then grill😍
