Yay!! Another update! I have most of the accounts updated on expiration dates. Be sure to refresh everything before you post on here or text me. If it hasn't been updated then I can look into it. Thank you all that understand that this has been a nightmare for us. You get tv service for almost nothing. I really appreciate the customers that can be patient and understanding. Have a great rest of your day.

Please Please everyone, we're doing the best we can. We're updating and while updating we are dealing with customers texting us threats and giving us 1 star google reviews. This causes all of this to take longer. If you will just be patient/calm we will have everyone updated today. Unfortunately, we'll probably have to do away with this page and strictly use the website going forward if all of this continues.

Latest Update!!!
I got home yesterday evening. I updated a whole bunch of expiration dates. I will be working on them again today for a while. There are still quite a few to get caught up. I'm trying to get the ones expiring the soonest first.
The techs told us they were doing the dates. We spent DAYS putting the list together for them. Then, on my birthday I had to again go through all the accounts and figure out how many months were needed to be added to get everyone up to date. I received all the months to add yesterday.
Please give me time. If your date is updated and you feel it is still not correct, TEXT me. I will look into it. If you have a receipt or copy of your invoice, that will help me get it corrected.
