Everyone argues about Push Pull Legs vs Bro Split, but most people are missing the point. The best training split is the one that allows you to train hard, recover properly, and stay consistent. Muscle growth comes from progressive overload and effort, not a specific split.

If I could go back to when I first started bodybuilding, I’d stop looking for shortcuts and focus on the things that actually matter. Train hard, stay consistent, track your food, prioritize recovery, and trust the process. Too many beginners get caught up chasing the perfect workout or supplement when the real results come from showing up every day and putting in the work. The physiques you admire weren’t built overnight they were built through years of discipline, patience, and consistency. Start where you are, keep learning, and never stop improving.
