The city of Austin was where most of the decades provided phenomenal talent. To be a good mom, though, I also opened a studio across from my son's school at the lake, never knowing it would be one of the most intimate and fierce training places blessed by adult talent traveling far. Even at entry, this young man possessed an intense gift in acting on-camera that impressed older actors. As a coach, I loved that fast adjustments were grabbed and used successfully just like sports. It was such an inspiration to others.

Many times he was the youngest in an adult class, but even so, adults would fight over who got him to partner up because he would give 100% honestly and powerfully, as well as truthfully emotional, if necessary. There is a uniqueness to actors that some of us are the only ones that quite get the powerful motivation or the "why" that pushes. Those of us who trained for years feel lifetime friendship and family. I even hired him to coach youth classes in Austin and he was faultless.

We are all so proud of him and thrilled for the dynamic future he has near in Hollywood! Of course he ran to some of the most respected collegiate training first, film productions in multiple states, and benefitted behind the camera jobs, as well as layered and tough characters. Those who hired complimented him intensely after getting a chance to work with Drew. He is able to go from a sorrowful victim character, all the way to the lifetime hero...any character needed.

I'm praying that the escape the cave feature film gets investment soon so the unique character that was written specifically for him to play moves forward now!!

Our intense weekend acting retreats had the beauty of nightly music inspiration, dance, and a special kind of joy. Part of the amazing memories at this dome inspired me to include in the feature film coming in the future. The above quote is absolutely what I felt was a result of the dedicated work at the retreats.

Sometimes film acting is a challenging adjustment, but she was miraculous at the more intimate and close honesty when acting on-camera! She was cast in local films and commercials, but headed to CA as soon as it was possible!

What an honor it was to be able to lead teenagers, as they equally were able to inspire and lift me and the studio members. She was constantly full of positive energy, and yet could equally take on a character that was facing vulnerable fear. That takes quite a diligent passion as a young teenager, and her positive glow while sharing on camera remains today!

Typically, men and women have to struggle through questionable projects on their way to popularity. Not him! What an amazingly powerful and patient soul, searching for the "right path" through every step. In fact, there were even times I felt fear that his goals were so limited that certain markets would cause delay or frustration.

Instead, he has done an incredible job, while keeping to his faith and being a push towards what stories truly matter to inspiring people! What a brilliant path!

(After my brain surgery, I knew everyone, but had a rough time remembering the specific names. Now that it's been close to a year, and I've been working hard, I am happy to go back and label each post with the names)

On-camera training was recommended by the best agents for actors, so it was always a pleasure to have the opportunity to guide talent who were also incredible workers in community life! Again, our training involved connection through personal drive, which meant we were honored to listen to sharing from locals. This process definitely makes those who commit to training in acting so much more understanding of others.

This glorious artist is a powerful actress, as well, to this day! As a coach of incredibly challenging roles, I continually felt blessed as she seemed to bring a peace within her to the risky professional acting class at Keene Studios!

In order to handle character roles that tackled life issues never seen, students had to walk through some personal and private challenges. She was one of those valiantly trusted by others who would partner with her. She was one who could listen with eyes in a passionately caring connection, even while painful admission was released.

I'll never forget the day she gifted me as she was moving on from class. She shared with me something personal and I'll forever cherish the sweet thought and sacrifice. Blessings to you and all of your creative future!

I was one of the few film acting coaches that also had years of history on stage and a degree in theatre. That history made working with stunning stage actors, like this one, more common and very marvelous. Familiar vocabulary and assessments of characters made chalking up through even tough analysis quite smooth. Stage actors fueled comparatively physical body training, as well, so performers like him were invariably able to sustain quite grounded on-camera existence. Adding on physical challenges due to character differences were imaginative and successful.

Teen years were often a challenge because even astounding talent like him would traverse time that involved wearing braces or surfacing changes through faces, which was definitely heavy for some. Not this one! He was open to guidance, but ready to tackle stretching roles film was creating. He has been marvelously successful in grand live performances and is prominent in the city where he trained. Now a dad, too! Glorious to have had the opportunity to walk a tiny step in his training! Can't wait to discover even more future accomplishments!

She and I shared experience with public school teaching, singing, and ACTING! I always felt so much inspiration from her based on her ability to move through characters that seemed like they were far from her kind and loving nature! She was so dedicated that living in San Antonio never kept her back from pursuing every opportunity. In fact, she even spent one of her biggest birthdays ever at an Advanced Acting Retreat! Her hubby had a cake delivered and we ALL celebrated the wonder of her commitment.

Her sweet heart used another gift to help someone who had a difficult cancer in the past. She and I and several performers put together a band so we could lead live music during the non-profit benefit to help the dad get through surgery and future cancer fighting. Of course that memory means even more to me now, if possible to even think, since I am currently fighting one myself.

I always loved her inspiration and heart, and I will never tire of dreaming of seeing her performances all. the. time!

“Her world should always be adventurous!” That is where we have a similar heart, so I never would back away from that drive! She has been an actress even since her spiky days as young stage girl and has worn the costumes of literally every type of job for a character.

As I coached, I never felt her nervous, but quite literally, almost laughed with her at every living coaching time together, whether the scene was dramatic or comedic. She was absolutely knowledgeable about layers within our humanity being added to our characters and the necessity of simply spending time with another acting specialist to identify and get those vulnerabilities at the tips of the fingers. Her college education not only covered performance, but also included Psychology, so our brief vocabulary between professionals was easy to throw back and forth.

It was so special being with her during a season where her love and she were providing such a positive example to the world. Getting to go to her wedding was such an honor. I hear she produces adventurous projects now as well as performs! That is absolutely how it should be!
