Seth blasted over to Cannes to unveil the new Hybrid Electric HH44. The boat was delayed by a Typhoon and arrived in Fos-sur-Mer two days ago. The mast was stepped yesterday and the crew motored all night to arrive at 8am - the show started at 10am! It was all a little too last minute for anyone’s liking but so good to see this boat in real life. Oh, and it has been nominated for European Yacht of the Year, so the entire team is quite proud. Just another days work in the yachting business!

Happy Mother’s Day E!
One of the things we missed the past couple of years was live sporting events. It was always fun to catch a game while traveling but the only opportunity we had was an AFL game in Brisbane. They don’t have too many stadiums in the Caribbean or South Pacific, so this was a real treat.
In fact, Pierce was so young the last time he went to a professional baseball game (Red Sox, of course) he doesn’t even remember it. So today was basically his first MLB game at age 9!
Needless to say, the kids loved it. We are deep into Little League and Middle School playoffs so baseball fever is at its peak. How cool is your Mom when she decides what she wants to do for Mother’s Day is take her family to the ball park?!
As for the Miami Marlins, we found the experience fantastic. Getting in and out was a breeze and they didn’t care where you sat, so we roamed the park at our leisure. Billy the Mascot was everywhere and the kids got to see Jazz Chisholm Jr (Hale’s favorite player) up close (despite being injured). And the Marlins beat the Reds! Overall it was an incredible experience and a family fun day we are sure to repeat.
