🚨 The integrity of Florida’s medical ma*****na program is under attack — and we’re not backing down.

Desperate dispensaries are now illegally paying physicians to offer “free” certifications in a shady scheme to boost sales. Let’s be clear: this is a violation of Florida law — and we’re taking formal legal action.

👉 Under Florida Statute §381.986, certifying physicians are prohibited from having any financial relationship with dispensaries.

👉 Under the Patient Brokering Act (§817.505), offering or receiving kickbacks for patient referrals is a felony.

Yet, certain dispensaries and practitioners are cutting backdoor deals to mislead patients, undercut compliant clinics like ours, and corrupt the state program we’ve fought to build since 2016.

💥 We’ve filed complaints with the Department of Health, OMMU, and the Florida Attorney General.
💥 We’re preparing civil legal action to hold these bad actors accountable.

At My Florida Green, we’ve invested millions building a compliant, physician-led, patient-centered platform. We won’t stand by and watch rogue operators hijack the system and deceive the public.

Good morning , another clear sky meant another all nighter - after I took the last picture of Kimmeridge Bay, I went back the night before last and tried again... there was another window of opportunity and I wanted to see what else I could capture while it was super quiet 😍

I actually spent 4 hours down on the ledges, with the perfect height tide and again, watching the moon set over the sea, but this time I wanted to make more of a feature of the iconic puddle.

*You'll have to turn the screen brightness up to 100% for this 😮‍💨

Watching the core of the Milky Way rise in line with the ledge was just amazing, especially capturing the reflection in the water as the stars glistened in the clear night sky 🌌

I promise plenty of heather pictures are on the way, but while the clear skies were with us, I had to make the most of the opportunity - hope you've enjoyed them too 😃
