Behind the name of this trio barely conceals the singer, guitarist and songwriter Nathan Bell, whose previous album, “Red, White And American Blues (It Couldn't Happen Here)”, we reviewed HERE four and a half years ago. Still flanked by the same rhythm section (Frank Swart, bass and guitar, and Alvino Bennett on drums), he returns under this collective nickname to voice his anger at the more than worrying turn his country's politics are taking, since the return to power of a president who is a cross between Stanley Kubrick's “Dr. Strangelove” and Uncle Scrooge McDuck (joining in this register the excellent “World's Gone Wrong” by Lucinda Williams, recently reviewed HERE ). Because, much to the chagrin of certain bigoted and racist supremacists more certain than ever of their own righteousness, America doesn't seem entirely won over to the greedy and cynical illiberalism embodied by nauseating pseudo-leaders like Donald Trump, J'y Dis Fonce, and other such figures as Élongue Muscle. - PARIS-MOVE, April 17th 2026
