San Diego isn’t just a destination - it’s an escape that elevates the senses. When we teamed up with & it was clear we were all excited to showcase our hometown from land and sea. Armed with one production day, one camera and a lean but badass team - our talented crew embarked on a mission to capture SD’s finest. With every frame, we sought to tell a story that transports viewers and redefines luxury in a laid-back San Diego kind of way. This was our kind of dream project✨

As you might have noticed, San Diego’s iconic Botanical Building at is undergoing a major renovation all while staying true to it’s historic 1915 design. The challenge for our team? Carefully and creatively navigating the interior and exterior of this 106 year old structure to capture its bones, architectural details and 2,100+ plant varieties was a welcomed challenge. Working closely with the team to capture the existing beauty in relation to the future vision was executed via ground and air by piloting a drone inside; a difficult yet exciting task maneuvering the flora and offering a unique perspective of the building and plant life.
We are proud to create this visual component to their fundraising campaign. Watch the video for updates on what will be done over the coming months!
