Then on Tuesday, Shawn Fleetwood author at The Federalist, came on to tell us about his article challenging John Roberts, then State Representative, Julie Emerson, discussed the legislative session. Wednesday Lawyer, Gordon Schoeffler, came on to tell us about short term rentals, after Andy Naquin on the City Council, District 2, came on to talk about zoning changes. On Thursday Congressman Clay Higgins gave an update on what is happening in Washington. Finally, Friday we had Lafayette Chief of Police Paul Trouard who came on to tell us about reorganization at the Police Department thanks to Senate Bill 142. Then on Tuesday we had Dr. Bryan Maggard Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics come on to tell us about changes in athletes’ compensation, and after ESPN host Kevin Foote, joined to talk about LSU going to the college world series and ULs season ending. Wednesday, we had Dr. Jeffrey Tucker, author Founder and President of the Brownstone Institute, join us to discuss his recent article in the Brownstone Institute. Finally on Friday State Rep. Then on Tuesday Dr. Erin Bendily Vice President for Policy and Strategy with Pelican Institute, joined to discuss the GATOR Scholarship Program. Wednesday Rusty Cloutier former banker and former CEO of MidSouth Bank, came on to tell us about the Federal Reserve and Louisiana’s senate. Scott McKay with the Hayride, journalist, and author joined us Thursday to talk about earmarks and pork in the budget.
