Sad News From Nimba County 💔🦅
A young lady identified as Ronell Lebana Gewh was found dead this evening at about 5:00 PM in Yekepa, Nimba County.
According to reports, the late Ronell had traveled from Monrovia to Yekepa to “hustle,” allegedly working as a s*x worker. On Sunday, she reportedly went to “Place to Be,” one of the top entertainment centers in the region, in search of clients.
While there, she met a man who took her home to spend the night. According to the man — whose identity has not yet been disclosed — Ronell appeared to be under the influence of narcotic substances (pills). He claimed that she was in a strange position when she arrived and remained that way throughout the night. He stated that he did not touch her because he was afraid.
The next day, he reportedly left her inside the room and went out. Upon returning, he found her still in the same position but did nothing, allegedly out of fear. The man said he did not sleep in his room from Monday to Thursday.
After several days, neighbors began to notice a foul odor in the house. At first, they assumed it was a dead rat, but after searching the yard and finding nothing, they decided to check inside the rooms. Sadly, they discovered the decomposed body of the young lady. Reports indicate that the body had been there for about four days.
The man has since been arrested for questioning, and an investigation is ongoing.
