Been pretty quiet here with my recovery from surgery and packing up to move, BUT this is the last treat heading out of my current home bakery here in Carlisle! We move Friday! We will less than 5 miles from our place here in Carlisle. Looking forward to new beginnings at our new house.
Thank you to you all for your get well wishes and your patience and kindness as we navigate this next chapter! Definitely looking forward to getting things back to “normal” whatever that is!! Much love to you all and can’t wait to be baking in my new location!

❤️ A Little Unexpected Time Off ❤️

I wanted to give everyone a quick update. I recently had an unexpected emergency appendectomy and found out that my appendix had ruptured. Needless to say, this was definitely not on my schedule!

I’m still in the hospital recovering and hoping to be home soon. Unfortunately, I’ve already had to cancel a few orders, which absolutely breaks my baker heart. 💔 I’m so sorry to those customers who were affected, and I truly appreciate your kindness and understanding.

For now, Carrie’s Cookie Company will be taking a little unexpected break while I recover and get back on my feet.

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and support. I’m already looking forward to being back in my kitchen doing what I love! 🍪🎂❤️

🏡✨ Big News from Carrie’s Cookie Company! ✨🍪

Our family is getting ready for an exciting new adventure—we’re moving into a new home on September 11th! No worries as we will be staying in the Carlisle area, I will now be located in the Easter Lake area, just 10min (if that) from our house now.

One of the things I’m most excited about is having more space and we will be working on a dedicated baking kitchen for Carrie’s Cookie Company! I can’t wait to create even more delicious treats from a space designed just for baking. ❤️

Because we’ll be busy packing, moving, and getting everything set up, I won’t be accepting any new orders from now through the end of September.

🩷 If you’ve already placed an order, don’t worry! Those orders will still be completed as scheduled.

Thank you so much for supporting my little bakery and cheering me on as it continues to grow. Your encouragement means the world to me, and I can’t wait to welcome you back in October from my new baking space!

Had a great time at the Carlisle Farmers Market! A BIG Thank You to all that stopped by!! Had a great time (even in the heat) and was nice to see so many people stop by. I hope I am able to do the market again!
