I'm a Certified Co-Active® Coach and the host of Mythic, a podcast about meaningful living through the power of myth. Many years ago, someone told me the best way to get what you want is to help other people get what they want. I specialize in working with midlife professionals who have a creative dream project they want to realize. A dream that won't let them go, one that, if not acted upon, will leave them feeling incomplete in life. It's the Hero's Journey. Heeding that call makes life meaningful, fulfilling, and fun! The creative process can be scary and challenging, but you don't have to go it alone. Human beings are inherently creative. We are creating our experience every moment of every day. The question is, are we bringing intention to what we create or merely reacting to circumstances? I hold a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from C.I.I.S. and a Certificate in Applied Mythology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. In addition to the latest coaching research, I also employ a Jungian approach, using myth and archetypal psychology to facilitate deep and lasting transformation.
