👾I have a word for the little things that make business harder than it needs to be.

I call them gremlins. A gremlin is the invoice you retype every month because you never set up a template.

It's the same customer question you answer by hand forty times a year. It's the blog post that's been "almost done" since March. Here's what most people don't realize: AI is very, very good at gremlins.

Not the big scary "replace your whole business" stuff you read about.

The small, annoying, repetitive stuff that eats your Tuesday. But you can't hand a gremlin to AI if you're too nervous to open the tool.

And that's where most of the entrepreneurs I talk to are stuck. Not at "how do I do advanced things," but at "I don't even know what to type."

I made my first sale online in 1989. There was no web yet. No browser. Just a modem screaming into a phone line and a bulletin board where a stranger decided to trust me with his money. I remember sitting there afterward thinking, "Wait, that actually worked?"
