Just like my lovely Canadian teammate, Stephanie Cowan, having not grown up in the US, when my oldest daughter, Shannon started high school, I had no idea where to start when it came to college prep! In Ireland, we have a completely different system. It has been Stephanie's goal for some time to organize a college info session to help parents of high schoolers. So together, our team Stephanie Cowan Real Estate and Michelle Byrne and I have planned a FREE info session at Michi Brew Co. on Tuesday September 23rd at 5:30pm.

We will have expert guest speakers from Kelly Crotty Consulting and Socal College Planning to help parents with stuff like what the heck is WUE (wooeey) amongst many other nuggets that we feel you'll take away from the night.

Having two high schoolers right now, with Shannon being in her senior year, and Grant a sophmore, and of course, let's not forget Brooke, who will be a high schooler herself next year (God help us all!), this info sessions speaks volumes to me. Please join us for this fun community info evening. We will also have tacos (Taco Tuesday!) and delicious craft refreshments at Michi Brew Co.

Folks, this is the latest market data for San Marcos 92078. Inventory is steady with 44 single family homes on the market right now. Average days on the market is 60 days. Prices have been pretty flat for the past several weeks and the interest rates are still hanging out in the high 6’s.

Happy Monday, folks!

This is the latest market data for the San Marcos 92078 real estate market. There are currently 37 single family homes on the market which is a slight jump from the previous week. We should continue to see these numbers increase as sellers prepare their homes for the spring market.

Median days on the market has decreased to 42 days.

Rates dropped late last week to the high 6’s ... just shy of 7%, but we will gladly welcome that slight dip and can only hope that it continues to go in that downward trend.

🏡 This is the latest data for the San Marcos 92078 real estate market. There are currently 26 single family homes on the market which is a slight jump from the previous week. Our team is seeing a lot of sellers preparing their homes early for the Spring Market. If you are a seller, now is the time to speak to an agent for the best advice on how to get your home ready for sale. If you are a buyer, I would recommend that you speak to a lender now so that you are ready to go when you find that perfect home.
