Carlsbad, NM — On November 10th, the traffic signal at the intersection of Wood Street and South Canal was severely damaged and is currently not operational.

To ensure driver safety, temporary 4-Way Stop signs have been placed at the intersection.

City crews are actively working to repair the damage and restore the signal. However, motorists should be aware that the signal may remain out of service for an extended period.

The City of Carlsbad urges all drivers to exercise patience and caution when traveling through this area.

We appreciate the community’s cooperation and understanding as repairs are completed.

The stands were rocking, the defense was relentless, and the Cavemen proved they’re built for November battles.

🔥 With this win, Carlsbad moves to 6–5 on the season and heads into Round 2 with momentum and heart.
