CEI produced a core business meeting for a long-term client enhancing their experience through personalized AV and branded scenics throughout every room.

Twin screens and our “Boone Scenic” anchored the spaces while uplighting and pipe and drape enhanced focus and engagement. Breakout rooms mirrored the main environment to keep every attendee aligned and connected. Hybrid presenters were seamlessly integrated, ensuring both in-person and virtual attendees experienced broadcast-level quality.

Client branded scenic and lighting created high-energy spaces that encouraged and influenced engagement throughout every session.

When Murphy shows up, CEI is already one step ahead.

During a critical show moment, a hotel’s 200-amp disconnect shorted—plunging the stage into darkness. Thanks to backup power and rapid ex*****on, full lighting was restored in just six minutes. The show stayed on track, seamless and safe, proving once again why planning for the unexpected is everything.

Taking time to align before we arrive onsite saves hours once the program starts. A quick pre-event run-through of the FOS helped streamline decisions, reduce friction, and ensure the meeting moved faster and more confidently for everyone involved.

"Having the call a few days prior to briefly run through the FOS ahead of time made the onsite meeting much easier and faster. There is a lot for that program, so taking those steps helped a lot."

Training only works when participants can see, hear, and stay engaged.

For this hybrid experience, we supported more than 500 attendees across a large General Session, multiple breakout environments, two Ad Boards, and a Gala. We used uplighting, pipe and drape, and a three screen display package to create clarity and focus in every room.

The environment encouraged participation, supported hybrid presenters, and delivered an experience that kept everyone aligned and informed.

A live Investigator Meeting brought to life in Copenhagen with a design built for clarity, connection, and impact.

Our team framed the room with uplighting and pipe and drape, then anchored the stage with a 26m LED screen supported by IMAG and 4:1 content screens to keep every attendee fully engaged.

Through CEI’s Creative Services, we delivered a clean visual flow and a seamless storytelling experience that kept presenters, content, and audience energy aligned from start to finish.

The result was a focused, modern environment that supported discussion, data, and meaningful collaboration.

We partnered on a live Investigator Meeting in Bangkok, providing a complete AV solution tailored to a global audience.

Our team designed a production environment built for clarity and connection, blending audio, lighting, LED, and camera systems to support both in-person attendees and virtual presenters. Uplighting and Creative Services shaped the room, while the 4:1 LED screen anchored content and guided the visual flow.

Virtual presenters were integrated with broadcast-level quality, creating natural interaction across regions. Every detail from sound to sightlines kept the meeting aligned, engaging, and seamless for all participants.
