Cancer sometimes feels like one long waiting game.

Waiting for blood work.
Waiting for scans.
Waiting for appointments.
Waiting for results.
Waiting to find out what comes next.

And that waiting can be harder than people realize.

You try to stay positive. You try to keep living your life. But in the back of your mind, there’s always that question…

“What’s next?”

Cancer doesn’t just affect your body. It can take over your thoughts, your emotions, and your ability to simply relax.

Some days, the waiting feels exhausting.

But I’m still here. Still taking it one day, one moment, one breath at a time.

Some days are just rough.

And I want to be honest about something I talk about openly: depression.

Cancer isn’t only a physical battle. It can mess with your mind, your emotions, your confidence, and your ability to see past today.

Some days I feel strong.
Some days I feel hopeful.
And some days, depression sweeps over me and everything feels heavier.

I’m sharing this because I know I’m not the only one.

You can be a fighter and still have bad days.
You can be grateful and still feel sad.
You can keep going and still admit that you’re struggling.

Today is a rough day.

And I’m reminding myself that a rough day doesn’t mean a hopeless tomorrow.

Having a really rough day today. 💔

Depression just swept over me, and it hit hard.

Sometimes, even when you’re doing your best to stay positive and keep fighting, the weight of everything becomes too much.

Today I’m struggling. I’m tired, emotional, and just trying to get through this moment.

And that’s okay.

I don’t need to pretend I’m strong today. I just need to be gentle with myself and take it one breath at a time.

If you’re struggling too, please know you’re not alone. ❤️

Some days can be hard. ❤️

Some days cancer feels like it takes up every corner of my mind.

Some days I’m strong.
Some days I’m tired.
Some days I smile through it.
And some days, I just need to let myself feel everything.

That doesn’t mean I’m giving up.
It means I’m human.

Cancer is a journey filled with good days, bad days, fear, hope, tears, laughter, and everything in between.

So if today is a hard day for you too, remember:

You don’t have to be strong every minute of every day. You just have to keep going. ❤️

One breath.
One moment.
One day at a time.

CANCER GHOSTING — THE SILENCE NOBODY WARNS YOU ABOUT.

Nobody really talks about what happens when you get cancer and some people suddenly disappear.

The messages stop.
The phone calls become fewer.
People you thought would always be there… suddenly aren’t.

Maybe they don’t know what to say.
Maybe cancer makes them uncomfortable.
Maybe they don’t know how to watch someone they care about struggle.

But for the person fighting cancer, that silence can hurt.

Because while you’re dealing with appointments, scans, treatments, side effects, fear and uncertainty… you’re also wondering:

“Did I do something wrong?”

You didn’t.

Cancer didn’t make you less worthy of friendship.
You didn’t become less deserving of love.
And you shouldn’t have to chase people just to remind them that you’re still here.

You don’t need the perfect words.

Send the text.
Make the call.
Say, “I’m thinking about you.”

Even if you don’t know what to say, showing up matters.

Because sometimes the person battling cancer doesn’t need you to fix anything.

They just need to know they haven’t been forgotten. ❤️🎗️

Good Monday morning, everyone! ☀️💛

A brand-new week is here, and that means a brand-new chance to find something good in the little moments.

Maybe today won’t be perfect. Maybe you’re carrying something heavy that nobody else can see. But you’re here—and that matters. ❤️

Take a deep breath. Take it one moment at a time. And remember: you don’t have to have the whole week figured out today.

Wishing you a Monday filled with hope, kindness, smiles, and a little bit of magic. ✨

Happy Monday! Let’s make it a good one. 💕

Just popping on to say HI! 👋❤️

I’m here, taking things one day at a time and sending love to everyone who continues to follow and support me. 🫶🎗️

Sometimes, a simple HI is all you need. ❤️

SCANXIETY. 🎗️

That word may not be in everyone’s dictionary, but every cancer warrior knows exactly what it means.

It’s the anxiety that starts before the scan.

The waiting.

The wondering.

The fear of what those images might show.

You try to stay positive, but your mind goes to every possible scenario.

Then comes the hardest part…

Waiting for the results.

Because for a moment, your life can feel like it’s sitting inside those scans.

So if you’re going through scanxiety right now, take a breath.

You don’t have to pretend you’re not scared.

You don’t have to be strong every second.

One appointment.
One scan.
One day at a time. ❤️

And to everyone waiting for results tonight…

I’m standing beside you. 🎗️

Sometimes I wonder…

Is it just me, or is life absolutely crushing me right now? 💔

Cancer doesn’t just take a toll on your body. It can shake your whole world.

The appointments.
The treatments.
The exhaustion.
The fear.
The waiting.
The things you can’t control.
And sometimes, the loneliness that comes with it all.

Some days I feel strong. Some days I feel completely overwhelmed.

But I’m still here. Still fighting. Still hoping. Still taking it one day at a time. 🎗️❤️‍🩹

If you’re feeling this way too, please know you’re not alone.

Cancer warriors, do you ever feel like life is just too much? 👇

Losing your hair from chemo is tough. 💔

People may say, “It’s just hair. It will grow back.”

But when you’re the one watching it fall out, it doesn’t feel like “just hair.”

It can feel like another piece of yourself is being taken away.

You look in the mirror and sometimes don’t recognize the person looking back.

You can miss your old hair.
You can miss feeling like yourself.
You can be sad.
You can be angry.
You can cry.

And you are allowed to feel every bit of it.

Yes, hair can grow back. But the emotions you experience while losing it are very real.

So please, be mindful of what you say to someone going through chemotherapy.

Sometimes the kindest words are simply:

“I’m here. You’re still beautiful. And you don’t have to go through this alone.” ❤️
