Day 1 — Lower body strength + mobility

Have you ever thought about micr0 d0sing your athletic performance goals? 🍄

It’s an innovative concept that breaks away from the ‘one size fits all’ approach.

We understand that not everyone can commit to 10 sets per muscle group each week, even though it’s often described as the ‘optimal’ way for muscle growth.

💡 Enter the principle of ‘minimum effective dose’. Even with as few as 1-4 sets per week, (with the right intensity of course), you can still unlock strength gains.

This micr0 d0sing approach to strength could include a few of favorites movements such as: lean forward push-ups, rows, and any variation of a bodyweight squat, performed for just a few sets each day. And this concept isn’t limited to strength training.

Mobility and flexibility can also be improved with minimal but consistent doses. For mobility, exercises like chimp walks, hip up to combat stance, and the Shinbox Switcheroo can bring significant improvements, even if performed for just a few minutes daily.

For flexibility, focused practice of the pancake fold, butterfly stretch, and pigeon stretch for as little as 5 minutes a week can greatly enhance your range of motion.

Ultimately, it’s about training smarter, not harder. Every small effort adds up on your athletic performance journey. Microdosing your fitness goals, focusing on consistency rather than quantity, could be a game changer.
