Thank you to all the filmmakers who attended last week's Carmel Film Forum: IFN's Cinematic Arts Expo and Grant Writing Best Practices for Filmmakers. We appreciate everyone who set up tables to promote their services. The event provided an excellent opportunity for filmmakers to connect with like-minded individuals, share ideas, and build relationships within Indy's vibrant cinematic arts community.

A special thank you to our speakers: Adam Aasen, President of the Carmel City Council, who discussed the city's support for the arts and filmmaking; and keynote speakers Anne Laker and Paige Sharp, who led a discussion on grant funding opportunities for filmmakers, offering valuable insights into the grant writing process.

I will be uploading a gallery of photos taken by Scot McKim and me at the event. Please feel free to tag and share the images. I am also editing the video of the speakers and will post it as soon as it is finished.

Thank you again for supporting the cinematic arts in Indy!
