Ben Jones arrived at TVF with a tall task ahead: shift all technology environments 100% to the cloud. The vice president of technology’s mission is progressing and has led to very stable networks and systems, all while bringing enterprise-grade technology processes to our environment. “I work primarily with the best team I could ask for here at TVF,” Ben says of his colleagues Business Systems Analyst Kelsey Thompson, Senior Systems Administrator Lisa Pratt, and CE Administrator Kanwal Kheiri.

Ben’s experience includes product design, enterprise planning, cybersecurity, and running global technology organizations. Working at TVF has allowed him to spend more time with family and less traveling abroad.

TVF is employee-owned, which Ben says means “having a dog in the fight and caring about your area like it’s your own, because it is,” adding that it also helps drive cost-savings and efficiency while boosting customer service. “If you are doing that, generally I call it ‘owning your 50,’ you are on the right track!”

Ben is a proud Purdue University Alumni and when not at work, he’s spending time with his family, woodworking, and teaching his two sons life skills like “how to be good men, how to be a good Purdue Fan, and how to avoid IU fans in the wild.”

Which factors factor into the highest protection from the sun’s harmful rays?
