When TVF acquired Pacific Coast Fabrics in 2017, much of the buzz centered around PCF’s well-established industry partnerships, logistical footprint, and high-quality fabrics. The most profound benefit for customers and our team, it turns out, has been the people and expertise who came aboard with the deal. Fulfillment Associate Adilio Gomez joined TVF eight years ago after six years with PCF, and has been a major contributor to our West Coast operations since his arrival.
The Carson, California facility is a hive of activity every day, with shipments arriving or heading out in nearly continuous fashion. Adilio is an integral part of our experienced crew keeping everything running smoothly and one of his primary responsibilities is roll inspection, serving as a front line contributor to TVF’s thorough quality control process.
TVF is employee owned, and Adilio says he’s really proud to be part of a company that belongs to us. We’re guided by our five Core Values (Embrace an Ownership Mindset, Help People Succeed, Seek Progress Over Perfection, Put Relationships First, and Communicate with Care and Clarity), and Adilio relates most closely to Put Relationships First, adding that he loves to help colleagues and customers achieve success together.
When he’s not at the Carson Warehouse, Adilio enjoys spending time with family. He loves walks in the California sunshine and getting coffee at Starbucks with his wife.
