Hello, I’m Shelly Walters-Cifelli from F.C. Tucker Shelly Walters Realty Group and I am honored to be running for the Northside District Board Seat for MIBOR.
With just under 20 years of experience as a full-time Realtor I have built my career on integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to serving clients and colleagues alike. I am the team leader of the Shelly Walters Realty Group and like you I have had the privilege of guiding hundreds of families through some of life’s most important transitions which means the world to me! I also strive to take the opportunity every time I get to mentor and support the talented agents who work alongside me.
My commitment to MIBOR and to my fellow Realtors runs deep. I currently serve on the Hamilton County Economic Development Board as a liaison for MIBOR’s economic development efforts, ensuring our profession has a voice in how our communities grow. In the past I have served on the BLC Committee, spoken at various district meetings, and continue to share industry knowledge as the co-host of the “Indy Housing Market” podcast, where we provide weekly real estate insights to help agents strengthen their businesses.
I am also a proud Graduate of the Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL), which prepared me with the leadership and advocacy skills that make me a strong candidate for this role. In addition, I am a consistent financial supporter of both The Realtor Foundation and RPAC, because I believe in investing back into our profession and community.
If elected, I will focus on three priorities:
1. Advocacy – Ensuring Realtors’ voices are heard in policy and business decisions.
2. Support & Education – Creating more opportunities for professional development and mentorship.
3. Collaboration – Building stronger connections and community among Realtors across our district.
It would be my honor to represent the Northside District, bringing both experience and dedication to serve as your voice on the board.
