In our fresh-off-the-press Summer edition, we feature Kelsey Crouse, her family and their crazy productive backyard farm. In the 1,800-square-foot between fence lines, the Crouses manages to grow bushels of tomatoes, lettuce, flowers and veggies in every color of the rainbow. Then they work their magic to turn it into family meals, canned goods and jams and jams and jams.
