Every closing is unique and special in its own way, and this one truly marks the end of a long family era at the lake. It also turns the page on a new chapter of tranquil days and peaceful nights for the new owners, looking to enjoy all the same things that made it special for so long for the Dyal family.
It was a smooth transaction from beginning to end, largely due to the sellers’ excellent preparation and putting in the work to ensure the home was in its best shape before we hit the market. Next came Carmin Nedley and her sweet buyers. They’d had some disappointments with other properties that had fallen out of contract, so when they discovered this one and it met their needs so well, one step inside and they knew it was theirs! I think God ensures we get what’s best for us if we will just let him! I believe that was in play here for sure! 🙏❤️ Once we got under contract things flowed well. Everything fell into place.
Can’t miss mentioning the entertainment at closing! We were kept giggling by Frank Shaw at STS. 😂
Thanks to Kathy Lewis, George Dyal, Alice Edwards, and Charles Dyal for asking me to represent you in what I know was a bittersweet event. It’s not always easy dealing with a group of sibling clients, and you all were wonderful throughout. ❤️
