The benefits and application of essential oils are far reaching. Recently I have had many conversations regarding application and quantity of oil to apply. One application is Vita Flex Therapy, which is applied to the feet. I have included a diagram for reference. This is not a complete identifier, but does hit some of the more common application points. One to Three drops of essential oil may be applied to the specific Vita Flex points of the foot to address the desired stimulation location. Oil selection is as important as the application. Stay tuned for some upcoming oil highlights.

The process of obtaining vanilla is extensive, as it can take up to four years for the vine to mature. The vine produces orchid blossoms that last only 24 hours and must be pollinated by hand within 8 to 12 hours for the bean pod to grow. The entire process—growing, pollinating, drying, curing, and preparing for export—takes around one tear.
