Heads Up: Athletic Booster Drive Alert for This Weekend!
Get ready for an action-packed Saturday, August 2nd! Our student athletes will be pounding the pavement all over the district, collecting donations to fuel the BC Athletic Booster operations for the year. This booster drive is a big deal for us, setting the stage for a fantastic year of fundraising so we can snag all the goodies our student athletes need.
We’re always on the lookout for a few extra parent and adult superheroes to chauffeur the students along their routes. Doors at the BC Middle School swing open at 10 am sharp for parents to grab their route. While every student athlete is cheerfully encouraged to join in, it’s not mandatory. We’d love groups of students to hitch a ride together with an adult. DON'T FORGET: EVERY STUDENT NEEDS A SIGNED WAIVER TO JOIN THE FUN. You can email your waiver in advance to [email protected] or bring it along on the day of the event.*
Apologies in advance—we never seem to have enough students or parent drivers to hit every house in the district, but we're always up for the challenge! Our community has been fantastically supportive, and we’re pumped for another stellar booster drive, all thanks to you!

Our organization is currently in urgent need of volunteers to step up as Treasurer and two Board Members.
If you’re passionate about our mission and want to make a real difference for the kids, now is the time to get involved. We can't do this without the support of dedicated individuals like you!

Reminder we have our monthly Booster meeting tonight (one week early) at 7pm in the BC Middle School Cafeteria. We are discussing our future fundraisers and as crazy as it seems....football season is right around the corner!
High School Athletic Parents: We really need the support of all the parents! We support all of your student athletes in one way or another, and we REALLY NEED VOLUNTEERS for athletic boosters! You do NOT have to commit for a year, a month, or even a week...we just need you to please show up! WE NEED YOU!

The July meeting has been moved up a week. We will meet on Monday July 7th in the middle school cafeteria at 7pm. We hope you can join us!

Our first fundraiser of the year is coming up!!!
Our annual booster drive is set up for Saturday August 2nd. Student athletes will go throughout the district, asking for donations to help run our operations for the year.
The booster drive is always an important event for us. A successful booster campaign sets the stage for a strong year in terms of fundraising.
We always can use a few more parents and other adults that are interested in driving students on a route.
All students that are participating MUST turn in a waiver this year to be able to participate. The waiver will be posted once we get a little bit closer.
We've always have great support from our community and we look forward to another great booster drive thanks to our great community.

This evening, we gather for our monthly meeting for several important reasons. First and foremost, we are celebrating the retirement of our esteemed treasurer, Mark Williams. Mark has been an integral part of the BC Athletic Boosters since 1997 and has served as treasurer for the past 20 years. Throughout his tenure, Mark has played a pivotal role in numerous significant projects and fundraisers. He was instrumental in the construction of the concession stand and, more recently, in the completion of the Marlo Mills press box. Additionally, he has been the driving force behind our golf tournament and the fall booster drive. While Mark is leaving his position in capable hands, his contributions to our organization will be profoundly missed.
This evening, we will also conduct voting for the board member positions for the 2025-2026 term. If you are interested in participating in the voting process or getting involved with the Boosters, we would be thrilled to have you join us!
Meeting is in the BC Middle School at 7pm.
