To all of our Adobe Creative Cloud users:

Adobe updated the Process for accessing the Adobe Creative Cloud. Explicit acceptance from users is now required.

Adobe recently introduced updates to the Adobe cloud storage model. These updates will improve the way business customers store, manage, and securely collaborate on creative projects in the future.

However, this update has an impact on the actions required by delegates to access their apps. Until recently, when an Admin added a delegate to their organization, delegates were able to simply log in to Creative Cloud and get started. An email with a "Click here to get started" message was sent, but no action was required by the delegate to activate their license.

With this update, delegates must explicitly accept the email invitation by clicking on the "Click here to get started" button. Once they have done this, they can log in to Creative Cloud and get to work.

Please review this process and ensure delegates know to complete Step 4:
Customer places order
Admin adds delegates to organization
Delegates get email with a "Click here to get started" link
Delegates click on the link in the email to access their Creative Cloud account

Note: If delegate simply logs in without clicking the link in the email and explicitly accepting, they will be unable to access the applications.

Louisiana Public Broadcasting uses LiveU to broadcast the governor's Covid-19 Press Briefings.

LPB in Baton Rouge recently deployed a LiveU LU600 field unit and LU2000 server to cover the official daily briefings by the Governor of Louisiana. LPB captures the briefing and transmits it back to the studio where it is sent to the Baton Rouge Pool Feed and the Louisiana Pool Feed using the LiveU Matrix. The feed is also transmitted via satellite for non-Matrix subscribers. This is the only source of the daily briefing for many television broadcasters in the state. TM Television worked with LPB on a short timeline to get the LiveU system operational and to help get the message out. TM Television is a premier distributor of LiveU equipment and other broadcast and post production equipment.

For the past 28 years it has been our privilege to serve as a resource for our community, and we are determined to continue amid the expanding coronavirus pandemic.

Beginning Friday, March 20th we will initiate a policy of limited staffing at our office. Walk-in customers will only be admitted with an appointment and on an emergency basis only. We will continue to ship and receive products from common carriers. We understand that many customers may not have staff available to receive packages. We will be contacting you prior to shipping out any fulfilled orders to ensure you will be able to receive them.

Our technical and sales staff have been helping clients work through remote workflows for several days and will continue to do so. You can still reach us through our normal phone numbers and the extensions will stay the same, whether we are working from home or not. We have complete access to all our systems, including service tickets, and we are available to help you work through this challenging time.
