Had 2 good showings on land yesterday! One of the showings lots of wildlife was seen, which is always an added advantage! Have 2 showings today, one of 941 ac+\- Union Springs listed by Monroe Payne of National Land Realty and the other a 2nd showing on 2,103 ac+\- by Jake Meyer, Whitetail Properties Real Estate. Call me if you’re in the market for land as I have tracts that aren’t listed in inventory as well. From what I’m seeing and hearing there’s some 1031 $ out there looking to invest as well as people who are selling their businesses and looking to buy land. While out early a. m. this morning, I saw 2 spikes and numerous does. Over the weekend I saw numerous side by sides and tractors being pulled to their respective farms or hunting clubs.
