New Blog Post: “Swallowed Up in Victory”
This one landed at a time I didn’t expect—but God did.
While I was working on this post, my brother called to let me know that my dad had a rough night. The doctors are saying it’s time to get ready. A few days, maybe. It’s the kind of call that stills everything.
But as I sat with the Scriptures I had pulled together weeks ago—reading Paul’s words, reflecting on Christ’s victory over death—I couldn’t help but see how God prepares us, even in ways we don’t realize at the time.
This latest post is part of the “Embracing Life: A Journey Toward Home” series on HisEffect.com. It’s written for anyone walking through the final stretch of life—or walking beside someone who is. Whether you’re reflecting, grieving, or just trying to hold it all together, may it bring you peace and perspective.
Feel free to read, share, or pass it along to someone who might need a reminder today that for those who are in Christ… there is only victory.
