07/10/25 - BOIL ORDER IN EFFECT for Greenfield, IL.

Valve replacements and cleaning of the interior of the water tower have been in progress and Greenfield has been temporarily switched over to rural water. During this process, an older valve was broken. The Greenfield Water Dept. is actively working on repairs and advises that the boil order will remain in effect until tomorrow (07/11/25), at least.

🌫 Leaves no residue, but can displace oxygen.

🌪 Dry Powder – All-purpose, used for gas, liquid, or electrical fires.
⚠️ Can reduce visibility and is messy.

🛑 Using the wrong extinguisher can be dangerous.
