The Supreme Court ruled earlier today that ex-presidents cannot be prosecuted for official acts made during their tenure in the executive branch. This covers court cases alleging that Trump tried to overturn the election in 2020.

The Supreme Court weighed in on whether a former president has immunity from prosecution for conduct allegedly involving official acts.

Evacuations are currently being ordered for a wildfire burning near Palomino Valley. The Washoe County Sheriff's Office is aiding Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue with the evacuations. The fire is burning near Ironwood Road and Pyramid Highway. You are asked to avoid the area. Tune in to 99.1 FM for more updates.
