The Healthcare Dilemma in America

Our healthcare system has been in crisis for many years. Each year rising premiums with lower coverage has become standard. Yet health insurance companies, non-profit health systems, and shareholders are making record profits while consumers scrape to maintain some semblance of quality care.

The United States spends $12,535 in healthcare dollars per person, well above European countries which average $6,000 to $8,000 per person. These inefficiencies, mismanagement and structural flaws in the system have failed to make Americans healthier.

Article V Convention Can Help Restore Fiscal Sanity

The rapidly growing national debt currently is over $38 trillion. This astronomical debt is a result of long-term federal overspending; it poses major risks to the U.S. economy, including inflation, reduced private investment, higher interest rates, a weaker dollar, and diminished prosperity for future generations. Despite broad public support for a balanced budget amendment, Congress has failed to address the problem due to partisanship and political self-interest.

Good news! There is a solution -- an Article V Convention of States (COS) to propose constitutional amendments such as a balanced budget requirement and tax caps. These reforms would limit federal power, stabilize the economy, increase take-home pay, and improve quality of life for American families. Convention of States Foundation at Turning Point USA's AmericaFest 2025

Convention of States Foundation (COSF) is planning to maximize a wonderful opportunity to educate and engage this month with its presence at Turning Point USA's AmericaFest 2025 event.

Taking place December 18-21, 2025, in at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona, this year's annual event takes on added poignance dedicated as it is to the life, work, and memory of TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk.

COSF will have a dynamic booth at the Convention Center in order to educate attendees about the solution as big as the problem: an Article V convention! The COSF booth will be manned by several members of the grassroots from nearby areas.
