Another great shot from Michael Pons, this one showing the wet AMA Superbike grid at Road America in 1982. You can see the bikes of Wayne Rainey (60) - that's Wayne in the blue rain suit behind his bike - Roberto Pietri (88) and Wes Cooley (34) - with Suehiro "Nabe" Watanabe sitting on the bike. I think that's Mike Baldwin's Honda next to Cooley and maybe Steve Wise's Honda next to pit wall. That's Luther Wikle (205) on the second row next to Harry Vanderlinden (96), Richard Chambers (76) and Harry Klinzmann on the Racecrafters Kawasaki. Farther back you can also see Michael Casey (213) and Malcome Tunstall (266). I also spy Keith Perry in the yellow rain suit and dark baseball cap.
